WHY BOILPOINTS

Stories don’t stay on one show.

You hear a story on one show and want to know where it goes next. Other podcasters pick it up, and each adds a new angle somewhere inside a long episode.

Now you follow the point. When you come back, Boilpoints shows every new segment about that exact story and marks what was actually new.

01 · HOW IT WORKS

One story. Every show that covered it.

Podcasts talk about the same stories all week, scattered across hours of episodes. Boilpoints finds those moments and puts them in one place.

01
A show talks about a story
Somewhere in an hour-long episode, the hosts spend a few minutes on a topic you care about.
02
That part becomes a segment
Each segment keeps the show, date, episode, time range and a summary, with its own likes and comments.
03
Segments gather into a point
A point is the story itself. Every segment about it lands inside, in order, so you can follow it from the first mention.
02 · HEAT

The more shows talk, the hotter it gets.

Every point has a heat jar that fills as more shows pick the story up. The number in the jar is how many shows have covered it. Hot points bubble, and the two top levels get a badge.

03 · INSIDE A POINT

Open a point, hear the whole story.

A
Origin
Every point starts with the event behind it: a court release, a verdict, an announcement, with the date and source.
B
The file
Every segment in order, with show, date, episode and the exact time range. Each one has its own comments and likes.
C
The legacy
Segments that add something new are marked + Legacy, so you can tell a fresh angle from a recap.
D
Follow and catch up
Follow a point and it lands in your Following tab. When you come back, Jump takes you straight to what's new since your last visit.
04 · COMMENTS

Every segment has its own conversation.

New or top rated
Sort by what just came in or by what people agree with most.
Vote with − and +
Each comment has a vote bar that runs from red to green.
Replies keep context
A reply quotes the original in one line. Tap the quote to jump back to it.
Flag what doesn't belong
